The North Florida Instructor Training Seminar will include review of the Cuong Nhu curriculum, a ceremony for GMQ, and three training sessions. This training is for Black Belts and up only.

10-11:45 pm- Review of CN Curriculum/ Terminology (interactive as well as taking notes, so bring your journal and questions)

11:45- 12:00 pm- Stripe Burning Ceremony for GMQ

12:00 pm- 1:00 pm- Lunch Break (everyone is on their own)
