Am Duong School is pleased to host our Spring Seminar and Testing on April 10th and 11th, 2026.  Join us!

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. See you at the event!

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Friday, April 10 (for those in town ahead of the main event):

• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Seminar
• 7:30 PM - Dinner off site

Saturday, April 11:

• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Testing
• 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM - Promotions
• 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM - Lunch
• 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM - Seminars

There is no fee for the seminar, but a $20 donation from each attendee would be appreciated.

Register here if you plan to attend, whether as a test candidate, a student participating in the seminar but not testing, an instructor giving a test, or a spectator. (Your instructor will let you know if you are testing.)

We need your name on the list by March 31! Register to let us know - even if you're not sure you can come.  Since the event takes place on NASA facilities:

  • Admission is limited to U.S. citizens. You will be asked to state your citizenship on your registration.
  • We must provide the facility with a guest list in advance; therefore, please register now.

    If you'll be testing for rank, be prepared to upload the following items:
      • A Test Form for your rank level, filled out with your personal information (available HERE on our Resource pages) - PRINT A COPY AND BRING TO THE TEST
      • A copy of your written essay (if required)
      Your CNMAA membership must be up to date for you to register for testing. If you can't access the options on the registration form, make sure you are logged in with the email and password connected to your CNMAA account. If you still can't access the registration options, confirm whether your membership is up to date, and renew if necessary.
